Agronomy Operator - Lewis
Agronomy Operators perform and direct activities at their assigned location, as well as provide maximum service to the customers of the company.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Responsible for receiving, producing, processing, mixing, loading, unloading and delivery of all products and following directions accurately.
- Ensures good inventory control and product quality by conducting monthly inventory, monitoring product temperature and moisture, keeping work area clean along with completing proper paperwork.
- Responsible for inspecting, operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment and the facilities as qualified and coordinates with qualified technician to perform the needed tasks.
- Complies with all required local state and federal laws, safety, codes, regulations, and all other activities.
Physical/Work Environment:
- The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- May frequently need to climb ladders (may range from 20’ to 180’) and stairs.
- Frequently exposed to grain dust, moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat; toxic or caustic chemicals; and vibration.

Grain Elevator Operator - Wright
Grain Elevator Operators perform and direct activities at their assigned location, as well as provide maximum service to the customers of the company.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Assists with loading of or loads and unloads goods and materials.
- Cleans, loads, and unload trucks.
- Dumps grain and/or loads railcars or trucks, cleans up grain spills.
- Completes all paperwork accurately, timely, and in accordance with requirements.
- Maintains continuous inventory on grains and checks grain quality and/or condition of grain.

Agronomy Operator / Driver - Haviland
Agronomy Operators with a CDL to perform the activities pertaining to the receiving, storing, delivering, and shipping of Fertilizer and Chemicals for the Location.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Operates a semi-truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
- Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
- Maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas.
- Assists with loading of or loads and unloads goods and materials.
- Maintains required DOT paperwork as appropriate.
- Conducts standard DOT truck inspection.
- Facilitates routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; and reports maintenance malfunctions to management.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
- Must hold required Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) class A.
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements are preferred.
- All other duties as assigned.
